NCGC 607 (3 μM; 6 d) increases GCase activity, elevates GCase protein levels, and reduces glucosylceramide storage in macrophages[1].
NCGC 607 (3 μM; 21 d) decreases α-synuclein levels and reduces its colocalization with the lysosomal marker Lamp2 in dopaminergic neurons[1].
