In Vitro

NOD1 agonist-1 (0.005, 0.078, 1.25, 20 μM; 18 h) activates NOD1 in HEK-Blue hNOD1 cells in a concentration-dependent manner, with maximal activity at 20 μM after 18 h of incubation^[1].

In Vivo

NOD1 agonist-1 (50 μg; subcutaneous injection; administered on days 0-42) acts as an effective vaccine adjuvant in mice, and the OVA-specific total IgG titer it induces is higher than that of OVA without adjuvant or alum^[1].
