In Vivo

ZD2-(68Ga-NOTA) (140 μCi (5.3 MBq)-350 μCi (13.0 MBq); i.v.) achieves BxPC3 pancreatic tumor uptake that is at minimum 4.4-fold higher than muscle tissue in athymic nu/nu mice, enabling clear tumor visualization via PET[1].

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
