Description

OLIG2-IN-1 is a potent and selective oligodendrocyte transcription factor 2 (OLIG2) inhibitor. OLIG2-IN-1 directly and dose-dependently downregulates nuclear OLIG2 levels with an IC50 value of 0.88 μM. In Vitro

OLIG2-IN-1 (Compound B01) (10 μM, 12 h) exhibits the highest reduction in nuclear OLIG2 protein levels (75.87 %) in U87 cells[1].
OLIG2-IN-1 exhibits anti-proliferative activity in LN18 and C6 cells with IC50 values of 8.88 μM and 6.02 μM, respectively[1].
OLIG2-IN-1 (5 μM, 10 days) markedly suppresses colony formation in U87 cells[1].
OLIG2-IN-1 (0.02-10 μM, 12 h) dose-dependently reduces nuclear OLIG2 protein levels in U87 and U251 cells[1].
OLIG2-IN-1 protects OLIG2 from heat-induced denaturation in U87 cells and U251 cells[1].
