Ozureprubart
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Ozureprubart (JYB-1904; RPT904) is an anti-IgE humanized monoclonal antibody. Ozureprubart blocks the binding of IgE to FcαRI and dissociates bound IgE by binding free immunoglobulin E (IgE), while reducing receptor-bound IgE and FcαRI on basophils. The antibody carries a YTE mutation in the Fc fragment to extend serum half-life and has modifications that increase IgE binding affinity, improve stability, and reduce immunogenicity potential, and it can be used for research on allergic asthma, chronic spontaneous urticaria, and allergic inflammatory diseases.
