K-Ras-IN-58 (Compound 1) (2 h) inhibits KRASG12D, KRASG12C, KRASG12V, and KRAS wild-type proteins, with the highest potency against KRASG12D and KRAS wild-type (IC50 ≤100 nM), followed by KRASG12C, and lowest potency against KRASG12V[1].
K-Ras-IN-58 inhibits proliferation of AGS, H358, SW480, and A375 cell lines, with the highest potency against AGS cells (IC50 ≤100 nM), followed by H358 cells, and equivalent lower potency against SW480 and A375 cells[1].
