PFM067-N-morpholine
PFM067-N-morpholine is an OSBP inhibitor that binds to the ORD domain of the host lipid transfer protein, which is involved in HSV-2 replication. PFM067-N-morpholine has a Kd of 4.93 μM for human OSBP. PFM067-N-morpholine inhibits HSV-2 replication with a selectivity index, with an EC50 of 8 nM in Hela cells. PFM067-N-morpholine can be used for research on HSV-2 infection.

In Vitro
PFM067-N-morpholine strongly reduces HSV-2 progeny virus production in HeLa cells and exhibits a superimposed inhibitory effect when OSBP is silenced[1].
PFM067-N-morpholine inhibits HRV-A1 replication in HeLa cells with an EC50 of 0.126 µM and shows no detectable inhibitory activity against AdV-5[1].
