PLK4-IN-1 (compound A6) potently inhibits purified PLK4 kinase with an IC50 ≤ 0.1 μM. It inhibits purified Aurora A kinase, with an inhibition rate of less than 50% at an administration concentration of 1 μM. It also inhibits purified Aurora B kinase, with an IC50 greater than 0.1 μM and ≤ 1 μM[1].
