PROTAC SMARCA2/4 degrader-30 (I-291) potently degrades SMARCA2 protein in A549 cells after a 24 h incubation, with a DC₅₀ of < 100 nM and a maximum degradation rate of > 90% following 24 h of incubation^[1].
PROTAC SMARCA2/4 degrader-30 (24 h) potently degrades SMARCA2 protein in MV4-11 cells, with a DC₅₀ of less than 100 nM; it also potently degrades SMARCA4 protein in MV4-11 cells, with a DC₅₀ of less than 100 nM and a maximum degradation rate of over 90%^[1].
