Description

PROTAC WDR5 degrader 2 is a WDR5 PROTAC degrader. PROTAC WDR5 degrader 2 induces WDR5 degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome system by forming a ternary complex with WDR5 and an E3 ligase. PROTAC WDR5 degrader 2 can be used in leukemia-related research^[1]. (Pink: WDR5 ligand (HY-181973); Blue: VHL ligand (HY-125845); Black: linker (HY-N0216)).

In Vitro

PROTAC WDR5 degrader 2 (Compound A11 + X37) (1 μM; 6 h-12 h) significantly degrades WDR5 in MV4-11^WDR5‑HiBiT and MV4-11^WDR5‑Nluc ^(Kless) cells when treated at 1 μM for 6 h or 12 h, respectively^[1].
