Biological Activity
RCB-02-4-8 (i.t.; single dose) is formulated into LNPs that contain a CRISPR-Cas9 mRNA (mCas9) and a loxP-targeting sgRNA to the lungs of Ai9 tdTomato reporter mice, demonstrating as an efficient tool for gene editing[1].
