Imidapril-d3 hydrochloride (TA-6366-d3) is the deuterium labeled Imidapril hydrochloride. Imidapril hydrochloride (TA-6366) is an orally active dual inhibitor of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) and MMP-9. Imidapril hydrochloride inhibits lipopolysaccharide-induced phosphorylation of c-Jun, MKK4 and JNK in monocytes, and downregulates the production of specific inflammatory factors such as TNF-α and IP-10, thereby exerting anti-inflammatory activity. Imidapril hydrochloride also effectively ameliorates mesangial expansion and reduces urinary albumin excretion by inhibiting angiotensin AngII production, lowering glomerular pressure and oxidative stress, thus delaying disease progression. Imidapril hydrochloride can also directly bind to the active site of MMP-9 to inhibit gelatinase activity, and suppress the enlargement of cerebral aneurysms without altering systemic blood pressure. Imidapril hydrochloride is widely applicable to related studies on autoimmune glomerulonephritis, diabetic nephropathy, cerebral aneurysms and other conditions .

(Rac)-Hesperetin is the racemate of Hesperetin (HY-N0168), an orally active multi-target inhibitor. (Rac)-Hesperetin exhibits significant anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory activities by blocking the TGF-β1-mediated Fyn/RhoA signaling axis and the TLR4-MyD88-NF-κB inflammatory pathway. (Rac)-Hesperetin inhibits the formation of actin stress fibers and the migration and invasion of cancer cells, and is suitable for triple-negative breast cancer research. In inflammation models, (Rac)-Hesperetin effectively alleviates lung injury by reducing the release of pro-inflammatory mediators and regulating the activity of oxidative stress enzymes, and is suitable for acute lung injury research. (Rac)-Hesperetin also interferes with the entry and early replication processes of channel catfish virus, inhibits viral gene expression and progeny virus production, thereby protecting cells from virus-induced cytopathic effects .

Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are a group of disorders of the heart and blood vessels which include coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, peripheral arterial disease, rheumatic heart disease, etc. CVDs are the number 1 cause of death globally. Smoking, unhealthy nutrition, aging population, lack of physical activity, arterial hypertension, or diabetes can promote cardiovascular disease like myocardial infarction or stroke. It is multifactorial and encompasses a multitude of mechanisms, such as eNOS uncoupling, reactive oxygen species formation, chronic inflammatory disorders and abnormal calcium homeostasis. Antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-diabetes agents may reduce the cardiovascular disease risk.

MCE supplies a unique collection of 2,468 compounds with confirmed anti-cardiovascular activity. These compounds mainly target metabolic enzyme, membrane transporter, ion channel, inflammation related signaling pathways. MCE Anti-Cardiovascular Disease Compound Library can be used for cardiovascular diseases related research and high throughput and high content screening for new drugs.

2-Deoxy-2-sulfoamino-D-glucose (sodium) (Standard) is the analytical standard of 2-Deoxy-2-sulfoamino-D-glucose (sodium). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. 2-Deoxy-2-sulfoamino-D-glucose sodium (D-Glucosamine-2-N-sulfate sodium) is an endogenous metabolite. The main regulatory mechanism of 2-Deoxy-2-sulfoamino-D-glucose sodium involves the interaction of sulfuric acid groups with biomolecules. Sulfate groups can influence the charge density and configuration of polysaccharides, thereby regulating their ability to bind to proteins such as antithrombin. This combination can enhance the activity of antithrombin, which in turn inhibits key enzymes in the blood clotting process to achieve anti-clotting effects. 2-Deoxy-2-sulfoamino-D-glucose sodium can be used to study the selective removal of n-sulfate groups from Heparin (HY-17567) which has important implications for understanding the biological activity of heparin and developing related drugs .

1,380 compounds

COVID-19 poses a serious threat to people's health, and it is urgent to develop drugs to treat COVID-19 quickly. The screening of anti-COVID-19 drugs by using the clinical and approved compounds can greatly shorten the research and development cycle. In addition, the virtual screening technology can effectively narrow the scope of screening and improve the screening efficiency in the pre-screening of new drugs.

Taking advantage of our virtual screening, we conduct virtual screening of approved compound library and clinical compound library based on the 3CL protease (PDB ID: 6LU7), Spike Glycoprotein (PDB ID: 6VSB), NSP15 (PDB ID: 6VWW), RDRP, PLPro and ACE2 (Angiotensin Converting Enzyme 2) structure. We design a unique collection of 1,380 compounds which may have anti-COVID-19 activity. Anti-COVID-19 Compound Library will be a powerful tool for screening new anti-COVID-19 activity drugs.
