XH-30 is a potent, selective, and orally active PKMYT1 inhibitor, with an IC50 of 4.1 nM. XH-30 suppresses the proliferation of P53-mutated triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells by inducing G2/M phase release, DNA damage, and apoptosis. XH-30 demonstrates antitumor effects in an MDA-MB-231 mouse model. XH-30 can be used for P53-mutated TNBC research .

UCI-14 is a gltA1/lprQ modulator with in vitro anti-tuberculosis activity against drug-sensitive and multidrug-resistant mycobacteria. UCI-14 upregulates the expression of genes encoding citrate synthase I, downregulates the expression of genes encoding conserved mycobacterial lipoprotein, and alters the carbon metabolism of mycobacteria. UCI-14 reactivates the expression of wild-type p53 target genes in p53-mutated cells. UCI-14 can be used in the research of tuberculosis and cancer .

CBP-93872 is a G2 checkpoint inhibitor and a chemosensitizer. CBP-93872 specifically inhibits DNA double-strand break (DSB)-dependent, Nbs1-mediated ATR activation, without directly inhibiting ATR kinase activity or affecting ATR activation induced by other types of DNA damage; meanwhile, it suppresses the pathway between ATM and ATR activation, thereby reducing the autophosphorylation of ATR and the subsequent phosphorylation of Chk1. CBP-93872 does not inhibit DNA end resection at DSB sites. CBP-93872 induces cell death and enhances the cytotoxic effects of platinum-containing compounds and pyrimidine antimetabolites on cancer cells. CBP-93872 can be used in related research on p53-mutant cancers, colorectal cancer, and pancreatic cancer .
