In Vitro
FAP is a serine protease highly expressed in cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs), which promote the tumor growth, invasion, and immunosuppression in a variety of solid tumors[2].
Sibrotuzumab conjugates with near-infrared photosensitizer IR700, binds specifically to FAP-positive cells FEF3 and CAF-WI38, and induces cell death under near-infrared light irradiation[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
