SMARCA2-IN-6 (Compound 11) potently inhibits the ATPase activity of truncated BRM ATPase−SnAC and BRG1 ATPase−SnAC proteins, with an IC50 of <0.005 μM for both targets[1].
SMARCA2-IN-6 inhibits the expression of the KRT80 gene in BRG1-mutant H1299 cells, with an AAC50 of 0.026 μM[1].
SMARCA2-IN-6 potently inhibits the proliferation of BRG1-mutant SKMEL5 cells with an AAC50 of 0.013 μM, while it shows no significant activity in SBC5 cells with BRM-BRG1 target deletion[1].
