Product Information
This product is produced by modifying the protein molecule of wild-type Taq DNA polymerase and expressing it in E. coli to enhance the enzyme's anti-interference ability.
The storage buffer: 20 mM Tris, 100 mM KCl, 0.1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 0.5% NP-40, 0.5% Tween-20, 50% Glycerol, pH8 .0.
Reaction buffer: 100 mM Tris, 500 mM KCl, 15 mM MgCl2, 0.8% NP-40, pH 8.8
PCR amplification directly from whole blood
1. PCR system
2.5 μL reaction buffer, up to 5 μL whole blood DNA template, 2.5 μL 2.5 mM dNTP, 1 μL upstream primer (10 μM), 1 μL downstream primer (10 μM), 0.5 μL Taq DNA polymerase, and Nuclease-free water to make up the volume to 25 μL.
2. PCR cycle
1) 95°C 3min cycle 1 time;
2) 94°C 30sec, 55°C 30sec, 72°C 45-90sec, cycle 35-40 times;
3) 72°C 7min cycle 1 time.
