Description

TDO2-IN-3 is a selective TDO2 inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 0.34 μM. TDO2-IN-3 can be used in cancer-related research^[1].

All Indoleamine 2,3-Dioxygenase (IDO) Isoforms :

In Vitro

TDO2-IN-3 (Compound 21) potently inhibits TDO2 with an IC₅₀ of 0.34 μM^[1].
TDO2-IN-3 potently inhibits TDO2 activity in SW48 cells, with an EC₅₀ of 0.077 μM^[1].
TDO2-IN-3 exhibits moderate selectivity for TDO2 in cellular assays, being 6-fold more selective than IDO1^[1].
TDO2-IN-3 does not inhibit CYP3A4, CYP1A2, CYP2D6, CYP2C9 or CYP2C19, with IC₅₀ values greater than 10 μM for all subtypes^[1].
TDO2-IN-3 (0.5 mM; 2 h) exhibits superior whole blood stability, with 91% retention remaining after 2 hours of incubation^[1].
