TLR4 agonist-2 is a TLR4 agonist with EC50 values of 0.82 μM and 0.43 μM for mTLR4 and hTLR4, respectively. TLR4 agonist-2 induces the production of TLR4-dependent cytokines and chemokines. TLR4 agonist-2 can be used for immunological research.

TLR4 agonist-2 potently induces the release of IL8 and IL-6 from primary human peripheral blood mononuclear cells[1].
TLR4 agonist-2 (5 μM; overnight) shows no significant toxicity to human hepatocellular carcinoma cells HepG2 at the concentration of 5 μM[1].
