Biological Activity
TMC-126 exhibits potent inhibitory activity against multiple wild-type HIV-1 strains, with an IC50 ranging from 0.3 to 0.5 nM. It also maintains potent inhibitory effects against 8 clinical isolates with multiple PI resistance, showing an IC50 of 0.5 to 5.5 nM[2].
