Tucatinib analog B
Tucatinib analog B is a HER2 ligand and a derivative of Tucatinib (HY-16069). Tucatinib analog B can be used in the synthesis of PROTAC degraders, such as serving as the target protein ligand for PROTAC HER2 degrader-1 (HY-177008). Tucatinib analog B is applicable to studies related to HER2-positive cancers.

HER2 |
Tucatinib analog B serves as the target protein ligand of PROTAC HER2 degrader-1 (HY-177008), a selective HER2 PROTAC degrader with a DC50 of 69 nM. PROTAC HER2 degrader-1 inhibits the proliferation of HER2-positive cells and tumor growth through sustained HER2 degradation and potent suppression of downstream pathways (AKT and ERK)[1].
