5,6-DHET is a regioisomer of vic-dihydroxyeicosatrienoic acid and also inhibitor of the hydroosmotic effect of arginine vasopressin^[1].

In Vitro

5,6-DHET (1 μM; 30 min) potently inhibits arginine vasopressin-stimulated hydraulic conductivity by 35% in isolated perfused rabbit cortical collecting ducts without altering basal hydraulic conductivity^[1].
