Luciferase^[1]

In Vivo

CycLuc1 (0.05-5 mM, intraperitoneally injected) can improve bioluminescence imaging (BLI) of the existing luciferase reporter protein in mice and achieve brain imaging that D-luciferin cannot achieve^[2].
