Kuwanon A shows significant inhibitory activity towards the differentiation of 3T3-L1 adipocytes with TG inhibition values of 47.1%. Kuwanon A also shows significant nitric oxide (NO) production inhibitory effects in RAW264.7 cells with an IC₅₀ of 10.5 μM^[1].
