CCR Ligand

HGS101 is a fully human CCR5 monoclonal antibody with high affinity to CCR5. HGS101 binds to the 2nd extracellular loop (ECL-2) and acts as a signal antagonist. HGS101 restores Maraviroc (HY-13004) inhibition of Maraviroc-resistant HIV-1 infection of PBMCs. HGS101 shows anti-HIV activity by inhibiting CCR5 signaling in simian immunodeficiency virus-uninfected RMs models.

CCR9 ligand-Linker Conjugate 1 is a target protein ligand-linker conjugate containing a CCR9 ligand and a PROTAC linker, which recruits E3 ligases. USP7 Ligand-Linker Conjugates 1 can be used to synthesize PROTAC CCR9 Degrader 1 (HY-181287).

CCR2 ligand-1 is a ligand for CCR2. CCR2 ligand-1 conjugates with the Linker PIN1 degrader-3 (HY-79577) and the E3 ligase ligand Thalidomide 4-fluoride (HY-41547) can be used for the synthesis of LUF7996 (HY-180571).

CCR2 ligand-2 is a small-molecule fluorescent ligand targeting the intracellular allosteric binding site (IABS) of CCR2, with a K_d value of 266 nM for membrane-based binding affinity and a K_d value of 114 nM for binding affinity in live cells. CCR2 ligand-2 enables non-isotopic, high-throughput cell-free and cell-based NanoBRET binding assays. CCR2 ligand-2 serves as a tool for fragment-based screening strategies.
