SIRT1 Modulator

Cibinetide (ARA290) is a non-hematopoietic Erythropoietin analog. Cibinetide selectively activates the EPOR/CD131 heteromer IRR without activating EPOR homodimers, and exerts neuroprotective effects through β-common receptor signaling. Cibinetide inhibits Cathepsin K/OSCAR/OC-STAMP/DC-STAMP/NFATC1, increases OPG and Alkaline phosphatase, and decreases CD115. Cibinetide modulates SIRT1/NF-κB/IL-1β signaling, reduces inflammatory infiltration and periapical bone loss, protects pancreatic islets, reduces IBMIR-related platelet consumption, and prolongs graft function. Cibinetide extends healthspan and attenuates age-related cardiac and body weight decline. Cibinetide can be used in research on cerebral ischemic stroke, sarcoidosis-associated small fiber neuropathy, and type 1 diabetes.

Sirtuin modulator 1 is a modulator of SIRTl, a homolog of SIRT3, with EC_1.5 of < 1 μM, extracted from patent WO 2010071853 A1, Compound No.4.

Sirtuin modulator 5 is a sirtuin modulating agent. Sirtuin modulator 5 can activate SIRT1 with a DC₅₀ value of <50 μM. Sirtuin modulator 5 can be used for increasing the lifespan of a cell and used for the research of variety of diseases including, for example, diseases or disorders related to aging or stress, diabetes, obesity, neurodegenerative diseases, cardiovascular disease, blood clotting disorders, inflammation, cancer, and/or flushing as well as diseases or disorders that would benfit from increased mitochondrial activity.

Rhinacanthin C is an orally active naphthoquinone ester and P-gp inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 5.20 μM). Rhinacanthin C exerts effects in ameliorating hepatic steatosis, insulin resistance, and inflammation by inhibiting P-gp, BCRP, OATP1B1/1B3, and multiple CYP enzymes, downregulating lipid synthesis-related factors such as ACC and FAS, and upregulating AMPKα phosphorylation and SIRT1. Rhinacanthin C can be used in research on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, diabetes, abnormal osteolysis, Alzheimer's disease, and inflammation.
