SIRT6 Activator

UBCS039 is the first synthetic, specific Sirtuin 6 (SIRT6) activator, inducing autophagy in human tumor cells, with an EC₅₀ of 38 μM.

MDL-800 is an allosteric and selective SIRT6 activator. MDL-800 increases SIRT6 deacetylation activity with an EC₅₀ of 10.3 µM.
