Biological Activity
ALX1393 TFA (i.c.v.; 25, 50, and 100 μg) in normal rats suppresses the late-phase response in the formalin test but does not affect motor performance. ALX1393 inhibits mechanical and cold hyperalgesia in a dose-dependent manner[2].
