Ixotatug (TORL-1-23 Antibody) serves as the antibody component of the ADC drug Ixotatug vedotin (TORL-1-23). Ixotatug vedotin selectively binds to tumor tissues with high CLDN6 expression, elicits partial anti-tumor responses in CLDN6-positive solid tumors of the ovary, testis and endometrium. When combined with Bevacizumab (HY-P9906), it achieves a 96% disease control rate in both platinum-resistant and platinum-sensitive subgroups of CLDN6-positive recurrent ovarian tumors, and exhibits durable anti-tumor effects^[1]^[2].
