AB19
AB19 is a potent Vav1 inhibitor. AB19 inhibits Vav1 and reduces its downstream ERK phosphorylation. AB19 shows anti-proliferative activity in pancreatic cancer models. AB19 can be used for pancreatic cancer research.

Biological Activity
AB19 (0-1 μM, 4 days) exhibits antitumoral activity in Vav1 positive pancreatic cancer lines, including CAPAN-2, MIA PaCa-2, and CFPAC cells[1].
AB19 (0.1-1 μM) reduces Vav1 expression and inhibits ERK phosphorylation in CAPAN-2 cells[1].
AB19 (0-1 μM, 5 days) exhibits antitumoral activity in pancreatic cancer patient-derived organoids (PDOs), showing greater potency in Vav1 high-expressing HO219 compared to the low-expressing HO163 model[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
