DMT003096 (72 h) inhibits the proliferation of SK-BR-3 breast cancer cells with a GI50 of 17 μM[1].
DMT003096 (300 μM) had no significant effect on the endogenous ATP hydrolysis activity of Hsp70 in a cell-free system containing yeast Hsp70 (Ssa1p), and selectively inhibited TAg-stimulated Hsp70 ATP hydrolysis by 4.0-fold[1].
