TPCK-treated Trypsin
Based on 1 publication(s) in Google Scholar
TPCK-treated Trypsin is a trypsin whose activity is inhibited by tosyl phenylalanyl chloromethyl ketone. TPCK-treated Trypsin reduces autolysis and nonspecific proteolysis during experiments, exhibits stability in storage and handling. TPCK-treated trypsin can be used in proteomics research. TPCK-treated Trypsin renders the virus hemagglutinin active, which allows multicycle replication of the virus. TPCK-treated Trypsin can be used for the study of influenza virus.

Activité biologique
Product Information This product is derived from bovine pancreas. After chromatographic purification, it is treated with L-(tosylamido-2-phenyl) ethyl chloromethyl ketone (TPCK) to inhibit the activity of proteases. The theoretical molecular weight is 23.3 kDa, and the optimal pH is 7.5-8.5. It can be used for protein analysis, such as protein mass spectrometry, sequencing, and peptide mapping analysis. Instructions (for reference only) This product can be directly used for protein enzymatic cleavage. The recommended enzymatic cleavage ratio is 1:50-1:100 (w/w); Enzymatic cleavage overnight at 37°C.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
