Jervine regulates Wnt, inhibits the AKT/mTOR signaling pathway, and activates the AMPK signaling pathway. Jervine induces DNA damage, Apoptosis, Autophagy, ROS production and Mitochondrial damage. Jervine exhibits anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory activities. Jervine reduces tumor growth rate and weight in xenograft models.
