Cevostamab
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Cevostamab (BFCR4350A; RG6160; RO7187797) is a humanized IgG1-based BsAb that targets membrane-proximal extracellular domain of FcRH5 on multiple myeloma (MM) cells as well as CD3 on T cells. Moreover, Cevostamab facilitates efficient synapse formation, improves killing activity of T cells against MM tumor cells.

Loaded Cevostamab on AHC2 biosensor, can bind FcRH5/FcRL5 Protein, Human (HEK293, His, HY-P700302) with an affinity constant of 1.605E-11 M as determined in BLI assay. -
Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 HepG2 cells labeling FcRH5 with Cevostamab (HY-P99601, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 for an hour at 4℃. AF488-conjugated Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa Isotype Control (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control. -
Loaded Cevostamab on AHC2 biosensor, can bind CD3 epsilon Protein, Human (HEK293, His, HY-P70506) with an affinity constant of 3.265E-11 M as determined in BLI assay. -
Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 Jurkat cells labeling CD3 with Cevostamab (HY-P99601, red). Cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. AF488-conjugated Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa Isotype Control (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
