3'-Oxolutein (10 ng/μL, 10-30 min) significantly reduces glutamate-induced ROS production in SH-SY5Y cells^[1].
3'-Oxolutein (10 ng/μL, 24-72 h) increases small molecule antioxidants level at 48 h but fails to modify TAC levels in glutamate-treated SH-SY5Y cells^[1].
3'-Oxolutein (10 ng/μL, 24-72 h) alone does not alter SOD activity and cannot inhibit the decrease in SOD in glutamate-treated SH-SY5Y cells^[1].
3'-Oxolutein (10 ng/μL, 24-72 h) reduces glutamate-induced iron content in SH-SY5Y cells^[1].
3'-Oxolutein (10 ng/μL, 24-72 h) reduces glutamate-induced relative mRNA expressions of ALOX5, ALOX15, and ACSL4 genes in SH-SY5Y cells^[1].
