AMPK activator 8 (compound 2) acts on rAMPK α1β1γ1, rAMPK α2β1γ1, rAMPK α1β1γ1, rAMPK α1β2γ1, rAMPK α2β2γ and rAMPK α2β2γ3 with the EC₅₀ value of 11 nM, 27 nM, 4 nM, 2 nM and 4 nM, respectively^[1].
