BAA-065 (6-500 nM) selectively induces γH2AX expression in multiple sensitive cancer cell lines, modulates cellular biomarkers of cell cycle progression and DNA damage in combination with topoisomerase 1 inhibitor SN38 (HY-13704) in OVCAR3 cells, and affects biomarkers of cell cycle progression in HCC1596 breast cancer cell line^[1].
