Fepixnebart (LY3016859) is a humanized monoclonal hIgG4 antibody, which binds and neutralizes only TGFα and epiregulin with high affinity. Fepixnebart can be used for the study of diabetic nephropathy and broad-spectrum chronic pain, including diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain (DPNP), signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis (OA), and chronic low back pain (CLBP).

Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5X106 Balb/3T3 cells with Fepixnebart (HY-P990071, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 (S228P) kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
