INHIB1X

INHIB1X is a tetracyclic MAPKAP-K2 (MK2) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 0.02 μM. INHIB1X inhibits LPS-induced TNFα release in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (hPBMCs).
