JG-2016 (0.01-100 μM) can inhibit the growth of multiple cancer cell lines. The EC₅₀ values in HCC1806, A549, and HCC1937 are 10.4 μM, 1.9 μM, and 29.8 μM, respectively^[1].

In Vivo
