KF20274 (0.0003-0.03 mg/kg; p.o.) dose-dependently increases fecal output in healthy rats with significant increases in fecal wet and dry weight seen at 0.01 and 0.03 mg/kg^[1].
KF20274 (0.01-3 mg/kg; p.o.) does not alter small intestinal propulsion, gastric emptying in rats^[1].
