RIPK
Receptor-interacting protein kinases RIPK1-RIPK7 combine a TKL-type kinase domain with death domains, ankyrin repeats, or other interaction modules to regulate cell-fate decisions downstream of receptors such as TNFR1 and Toll-like receptors. RIPK1 toggles between pro-survival NF-κB signaling and, when deubiquitinated, a death-inducing role in apoptosis and RIPK3-MLKL-driven necroptosis; RIPK3 is the executioner kinase of necroptosis; RIPK2 relays NOD1/NOD2 signals; RIPK5 acts at mitochondria; and RIPK4 and RIPK6 are the least characterized members, with RIPK4 mutations linked to ectodermal dysplasia. RIPK1 and RIPK3 kinase inhibitors are in trials for inflammatory, autoimmune, and neurodegenerative disease. Recombinant RIPK proteins support necroptosis assays, ubiquitin-signaling studies, and drug discovery.

The EpCAM/TROP1 protein serves as an important homogeneous interacting molecule that promotes direct contact between intestinal epithelial cells (IEC) and intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) in the mucosal epithelium. This feature helps establish an immune barrier against mucosal infections. EpCAM/TROP1 Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived EpCAM/TROP1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His, N-SUMO labeled tag.
