REGN-7257 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting IL2RG. REGN-7257 blocks the signal transduction induced by common gamma chain (γc) cytokines via the IL2RG chain of the γc cytokine receptor complex. REGN-7257 is applicable for research on immune-mediated diseases and T cell-mediated diseases. Its corresponding isotype control is Human IgG4 kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99003).

    Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 SH-SY5Y cells labeling IL2RG with REGN-7257 (HY-P991201, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 for an hour at 4℃. AF488-conjugated Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa Isotype Control (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control.
