Biological Activity
Aligeron shows a broad spectrum of antagonistic action against different spasmogens in different isolated organs. The experiments on isolated perfused rabbit artery shows the antagonistic action of aligeron against the vasoconstrictor effects of noradrenaline and adrenaline[1].
