DAS-6-2-2-VHL is a c-ABL PROTAC degrader. DAS-6-2-2-VHL recruits c-ABL to the VHL E3 ubiquitin ligase, leading to ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation. DAS-6-2-2-VHL can be used in research on chronic myeloid leukemia.
