Uralodin A (compound 5) (0.064-40 μM; 48 h) exhibits moderate cytotoxic activity against HepG2, SGC7901, HL-60, and K562 cell lines, with IC50 values all below 60 μM, and shows the strongest effect on HL-60 cells (16.0 μM)[1].
