DOTA.SA.FAPi TFA forms stable complexes with 68Ga and serves as a PET radiotracer for preclinical imaging of FAP-expressing tumors. DOTA.SA.FAPi TFA can be used in the research of colorectal adenocarcinoma and various other cancers.
