  3. DOTAGA.Glu.(FAPi)2

DOTAGA.Glu.(FAPi) 2 is a FAPI homodimer in which a central glutamic acid (Glu) linker connects FAPI and a chelator. Radiolabeled with gallium-68, lutetium-177 or terbium-161, DOTAGA.Glu.(FAPi) 2 is applicable to FAP-positive cancer PET imaging studies. DOTAGA.Glu.(FAPi) 2 is suitable for research related to prostate adenocarcinoma and recurrent glioblastoma multiforme.

Description

DOTAGA.Glu.(FAPi) 2 is a FAPI homodimer in which a central glutamic acid (Glu) linker connects FAPI and a chelator. Radiolabeled with gallium-68, lutetium-177 or terbium-161, DOTAGA.Glu.(FAPi) 2 is applicable to FAP-positive cancer PET imaging studies. DOTAGA.Glu.(FAPi) 2 is suitable for research related to prostate adenocarcinoma and recurrent glioblastoma multiforme[1][2].

In Vitro

68/natGa-DOTAGA.Glu.(FAPi)2 and 177/natLu-DOTAGA.Glu.(FAPi)2 (0.1-10 nM) bind to FAP+ CAFs with high affinity, with Kd values of 0.8 nM and 0.7 nM, respectively[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

In Vivo

[177Lu]LuDOTAGA.Glu.(FAPi)2 (600 pmol; intravenous injection) exhibits slightly longer initial and terminal half-lives than [177Lu]Lu-DO3A.Glu.(FAPI)2 in healthy nude mice[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
