Biological Activity
DSPE-PEG2000-GE11 mediates enhanced, EGFR-dependent cellular uptake of Doxorubicin (HY-15142A) in EGFR-positive SMMC-7721 cells, with uptake levels 1.4-fold higher than non-targeted micelles, while showing no enhanced uptake in EGFR-negative MCF-7 cells[1].
DSPE-PEG2000-GE11 modified CUR-PTX@GE11-L inhibits HUVEC proliferation, induces G2-M phase arrest, reduces cell migration, and alters HUVEC morphology from spread to spheroid[2].
