The live-cell energy transfer technique can perform a broad-coverage, quantitative analysis of intracellular kinase target engagement[1][2].

In Vitro

Triphenylphosphonium-fluorochromes (TPP-fluorochromes) are a new class of spectrally variable, mitochondrially targeted probes. NanoBRET 590 SE (compound 2b) is synthesized by reacting the TPP-amine with NHS esters of BODIPY red[3].
