ERRγ agonist-1 (compound 5d) (5 μM; 3 days) significantly increases the expression of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and dopamine transporter (DAT), DAergic neuronal phenotypes (dopaminergic neuronal phenotype) in neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells[1].
ERRγ agonist-1 (5 μM; 3 days) induces DAergic neuronal phenotypes via the ERRγ-mediated up-regulation of CREB-signaling pathway[1].
